Féile Restaurant and Pub, located at 1619 Post Road (U.S. Route 1) in Wells, is in the historic old structure that housed the Lindsey Tavern from 1799 until the mid-twentieth century. Féile [pronounced - fay'-leh] is a family oriented Irish Pub themed restaurant offering casual dining and a relaxed atmosphere in two dining rooms, a comfortable lounge area, and a pub with flat screen tv's to watch your favorite teams and live entertainment on weekend nights.
Joe and Tracy Ryan, owners, are both from Limerick, Ireland. Joe was born in Murroe, Co. Limerick and he has been in the pub business since he was a child. His family pub is still in Murroe. He enjoys all aspects of the pub and restaurant business. Tracy, also from Limerick, has been in this business since 1998, and she and Joe had their own Irish Pub in Dromcoliogher, Co. Limerick. Joe and Tracy hope to continue the success of Féile and they look forward to meeting and getting to know all of their customers.
Féile features a casual menu including such Irish staples as Shepherd's Pie, Homemade Corned Beef, Fish & Chips, Bangers & Mash, along with several sandwich offerings, burgers, entree salads, steaks and fresh Maine seafood. Our extensive bottled beer selection from around the world, and sixteen ice cold draft beers. We pride ourselves in having the largest selection of Irish Whiskey In the State of Maine.
